Refund & Return Policy
At Velōra, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free resolution.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging intact
To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Beauty and personal care products
- Used, washed, or worn items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
